Welcome to our counselling service which is open to all adults in the community.

Our aim is to provide a low cost, short term, confidential counselling service for adults, who are experiencing difficulties in their lives, including:

-       Stress

-       Depression

-       Anxiety

-       Bereavement

-       Trauma difficulties

-       General dissatisfaction with life.

Counselling sessions are held weekly in our newly refurbished Church building, offering a supportive non-judgemental environment and giving you space and time to reflect.

An assessment appointment is offered primarily, providing an opportunity to explore if counselling is right for you and allowing a time to discuss any general queries or worries you may have.  This initial appointment will be free of charge and then a fee will be agreed for future appointments.

The counselling will be delivered by a qualified counsellor who is a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), who follows an ethical framework and receives regular supervision.

For further information about this service or to make an appointment please email our counselling coordinator or call 07709 816865. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible to arrange an assessment appointment.
