Our aim is to provide a low cost, short term, confidential counselling service for adults, who are experiencing difficulties in their lives, including:
- Trauma difficulties
- General dissatisfaction with life.
Counselling sessions are held weekly in our newly refurbished Church building, offering a supportive non-judgemental environment and giving you space and time to reflect.
An assessment appointment is offered primarily, providing an opportunity to explore if counselling is right for you and allowing a time to discuss any general queries or worries you may have. This initial appointment will be free of charge and then a fee for additional sessions are done on a sliding scale based on your annual income.
Up to £10,000 - £10 session fee
Up to £20,000 - £15 session fee
Up to £25,000 - £20-£25 session fee
Up to £30,000 - £25-£30 session fee
£35,000 + - £ 35 session fee
The counselling will be delivered by a qualified counsellor who is a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), who follows an ethical framework and receives regular supervision.
